For some, training alone can be hard. Perhaps you feel more comfortable or more motivated within a small group, such as with a partner or a few friends. At Ab-Salute fitness this is completely understood.
Whether it's a session for two or a group of ten, a session can be tailored to meet your requirements. You don’t need to all have the same fitness level either. I can give an easy, medium and hard version of each exercise so you are all still being pushed to achieve.

EXERCISE PROGRAMMES

For those who think they don't want someone there training them, a tailor made exercise programme is the perfect solution. These are a great option for people who want to reach a goal but prefer to exercise alone or feel that they can't afford a personal trainer.
An exercise programme starts with a fitness assessment and meeting. We talk over your aims and requirements then I go away and create a programme for you to follow. I will explain the programme to you and make sure you are happy with it. We can meet for evaluations to see how you are getting along.

nutrition

In order to maximise the results of your training I also offer nutrition programmes. Again these will be created specifically for you and your individual needs and goals.
I can write programmes for weight loss or mass gain for you to follow. These programmes detail your daily menu, including and snacks. You simply need to buy the ingredients, prepare the meals and stick to the guidelines to ensure you get the best results.
