This is proof that the diet world is evolving. As various celebs announce their allegiance to various (dangerous) diet plans, the rest of us seem to follow suit. Most recently the 5:2 diet has taken the limelight. The theory is that you can eat normally for 5 days of the week, and have a very small calorie allowance on the other 2 days.
There is some logic to this; it is all about calories at the end of the day. But the best way to lose weight, and maintain a healthy weight is with a combination of exercise and a balanced diet. If you followed an exercise and nutrition programme simultaneously you will see and feel REAL results.
