One of my resolutions for 2014 was to start a blog. This allows me to share my fitness tips and advice and it also allows you to interact with me. So here goes...
I have always had a passion for sports and exercise and being able to train myself and
others every day of the week is so much fun. Coaching people to achieve their goals is so rewarding, seeing people lose the weight they want to or increase their strength because of my training program makes me feel good too.
I studied Sport and Exercise science at the University of Hull; this gave me an excellent grounding for a career as a personal trainer as I studied in-depth the scientific principles that govern exercise and sports performance. I haven’t looked back since qualifying as a personal trainer
and I look forward to the challenges that 2014 will bring.
